"Customer is always right" rule does not always apply in our country. Mao ni naka bati sa ato-a.

And also, they should have placed the notice in the entrance of the food court to ensure that customers would be able to read it. (for me its like a deception for customers to be unaware and caught off-guard)

.. i truly agree to this. Warnings of any kind especially of corkage fees should be very obvious for the customers to see.

And wrong grammar ang tarpaulin. Should be "..charged" not "charge". Bad example.

Pardon my rudeness, but I had to re-read the entire post kay puros wrong grammar ang first thread. I hope next time dili ta magpa da sa kalagot or embarassing feelings kung mag type ta kay magka-dimao atong grammar. Daghan nagbasa sa imong post, TS.

.. pag ka o.a. sad nimo oi. you still have to point out the grammar when you are well aware that the person is writing while emotionally strained. your post isnt useful at all. and another thing, don't get personal with the TS with post such as this
And besides, nganong ma-embarass man ka? SILA may sayop.
    .. ok ??

.. back to the topic. hey TS, don't be afraid to tell us the name of the Mall, just look at the politics section, there we have blasted influential persons such as Gwen, Tomas, the presidentiables... no worries, tell us the name of the Mall.

Besides, why not place the "notice" in a more convenient place (that is, if they really intended it to be "noticed"). Talk to the staff.

I agree and I'm sorry if you did not understand my post.

Their law was implemented and I was not excused, I paid even I tried to point out my honest stand on the situation.

My point is to let my fellow istoryans be aware of that certain law ana nga mall... and that includes you... I am just concern that one day you might encounter this experience and I would feel sorry for you, coz I know you will be embarrassed..

Yes, I was unaware of the rules, yet I was not excused.

This is just to prompt you guyz so you will not have the same embarrassment.
