To Event Organizer:

Aquatic Cebu Enthusiasts (ACE) is very glad that you included us in your invitation to join the Pet Expo. It is worthwhile indeed to be with the group of multi petclubs joining the affair. However, at this moment the Aquatic Cebu Enthusiasts (ACE) cannot readily commit to participate the exposition not unless we can get the voice of the majority. We are going to have a meeting this coming Sunday, January 31, 2010 and it is by that time that we can get the consensus of the group. To mention there are some drawbacks that could prevent us from joining which are the following:
1] We are on planted aquariums and we need ample time for our plants to establish in the aquarium. We need at least one month preparation of our aquarium to stabilize.
2] A lot of ACErs were resetting their aquariums. They have new set ups that varies with the tanks they displayed at the Parkmall exhibit last December.
3] It might be an outdoor display thus we expect high temperature in the surroundings. Most of the plants can tolerate a maximum temperature of about 29 degrees Celsius otherwise we will be experiencing some meltings of the plants.
4] We are a SEC registered organization, thus decision must be made by the body and not by a single person or a number of its members. The decision must be embodied through a resolution where there's conformity with all the members and its officers.

Unlike other clubs wherein they can just pick up, pull and carry their pets at anytime for display, ours need some time to prepare. However, if ever it could be carried in our meeting this Sunday, as this is one of our agenda, we may allow some members to participate the exposition if they are really prepared for the show. We will just inform you the minutes of our meeting.
