i've read pud bah they have some fees implemented kung:
*Inactivity Charges
-No Transaction Penalty (no transaction for 1 year) = PHP 200.00 per month starting on the end of 12th month of inactivity until the account becomes dormant
*Dormancy Charge (no transaction for 2 years) = PHP 500.00 per month starting on the end of 24th month of inactivity

Hopefully someone can answer my few questions.

I wanted to book a hostel in HK. They wanted me to pay through PayPal.. They already sent me an invoice in HKD thru PayPal.

So, my questions are the following:

1. Since I successfully linked my UnionBank EON with my PayPal account, obviously its balance is in PHP. Shall I follow PayPal's conversion rate when loading my UnionBank EON with the amount to pay for it?

2. Are there fees to pay through PayPal? I'm quite having a hard time deciphering their fees policy

3. After paying, will the conversion rate be reflected in my transaction history?

4. Or, will it just show in PHP?

I would truly appreciate anybody who'd want to help me out on this.

1. Yup, Paypal conversion rate, which is usually lower than proper exchange rate.
2. Depends sa account holder, but if pila ra ang nakabutang sa invoice bro, mao ra na imo bayran, ang fees will be deducted man sa imong payment, bale deducted na ig ka abot sa recipient.
3. Yes. Naa line ngadto na mu show 1HKD = 2 blablabla.

I hope sombody would help mesako prob sa PAYPAL karon.. i have an account sa paypal but wala pa nako ma verify ang ako account sa DEBIT/CREDIT Card kay bag o lang jud nako nakuha ako ATM... nag ka prob ko kay accidentally i open paypal with same accounts but different browser, paypal email me with "Notification of Limited Account Access RXI052"

I sent them the scanned copy of my voters ID, student's ID, and TIN ID.
