I still think its unethical for them to actually wait for the customer to make the alleged violation before they do any action. Its like taking advantage of the ignorance of the public. Besides, why not place the "notice" in a more convenient place (that is, if they really intended it to be "noticed"). Talk to the staff.
And besides, nganong ma-embarass man ka? SILA may sayop.
