Procedures
The retailer can inform LoadCentral office of their fund transfer or deposit by::
- Calling the landline (for retailers who are in Metro Manila) and ask for Ms. Janice Virtudazo or Ms. Cam Andes. The following information must be given to her:
- i. LoadCentral account name
- ii. LoadCentral username
- iii. Amount transferred or deposited
- iv. Name of bank, Branch location and Branch Code
- v. Date and Time fund transfer or deposit was made
- vi. Reference number if Smart Money or GCash
In her absence, please ask for Ms. Beng Quimsing.

Ms. Cam or Ms Janice will only be available from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm from Monday to Saturday and up to 12:00 noon on Saturdays.
Processing on the average is 1hr depending on the volume of transactions. Also if the Bank’s system is down which is beyond our control, it may take a bit longer.
