hi i have a westerner friend going to Cebu. What can you suggest a good place for him?

He prefers to experience something filipino.

where can we find these in Cebu and what time can we spot them?

just in the middle of Mandaue City

you can swing by anytime in bangkal lapulapu

just ask bibingka seller near jollibee in centru mandaue to arrange a meeting
with their supplier a day before your planned visit. ok ra gyud sila but you need to come early
in the morning.

i he wants to experience filipino way of life just walk around, ride a jeep, pedal cabs, then bring him to a bbq and explain all parts of the chicken aside from the feathers can be eaten from the crown to the chicken feet including the internal organs hehehe for sure he will in shock hehehe and the pig's blood is not also spared hehehe

Surely, ill go to these places first on Feb 8 and tour myself around before he and his family on Feb 15.

They will stay in Mactan area.
