I searched on Google and there are tons of network boot tutorials on Linux. Perhaps you shouldn't confine yourself to Redhat Enterprise Linux. There are tons of other Linux distributions out there more suited for the job.

aw, pero it can boot man bro padung installation, well. I almost got it using, DHCP and TFTPD pero wala lang jud ko kabalo, naay error nga mugawas nga mga PXE errors. Migana na sya almost na nakuha na niya ang vmlinuz but sa tunga2x kay na-fail sya, PXE error stuff.

Every Linux distribution can do that. You aren't using it for production ... in the wild, on the internet, mission critical systems. I run Debian on all production servers I work on that runs Linux otherwise FreeBSD ... but that isn't Linux. You have to remember that Linux is Linux, no matter the distribution. Your most important decision really is how they distribute software ... and you really have only two big choices ... apt and RPM.
If you want to practice and learning is your goal, I'd suggest going with Slackware or Gentoo.

kung ganahan jud ka ug windows, tangtanga ang hdd sa laptop, palit ug ide adapter 2.5" to 3.5", itaod sa desktop, format /s, kopyahi ang setup files sa windows, insert balik ang hdd sa laptop, boot sa hdd (dos to mo-boot, ambot dos ba jafon tawag sa windows run, win98 pa man to last nko try), install windows.
edit: kung ok gani network boot, sa network nlang para wa nay paliton hehehe
bai try norton ghost. nya e save lang ang OS as image file para mabasa sa norton ghost.
OS network installation....R.I.S or WDS..
I think VMware is capable of this diay, I need some exploration pa on this matter. hehehe!
