    I searched on Google and there are tons of network boot tutorials on Linux. Perhaps you shouldn't confine yourself to Redhat Enterprise Linux. There are tons of other Linux distributions out there more suited for the job.

    @vern,

    Every Linux distribution can do that. You aren't using it for production ... in the wild, on the internet, mission critical systems. I run Debian on all production servers I work on that runs Linux otherwise FreeBSD ... but that isn't Linux. You have to remember that Linux is Linux, no matter the distribution. Your most important decision really is how they distribute software ... and you really have only two big choices ... apt and RPM.

    If you want to practice and learning is your goal, I'd suggest going with Slackware or Gentoo.

    The problem is, ako untang installan og OS ang akong Acer nga laptop og OS via network boot kay di na man mag-function ang iya CD-Rom gud nya ako nalang ibutang ang CD sa usa ka laptop. I plan to install Red Hat Linux Enterprise Server edition 9. Ang Acer nga laptop, it supports "Network Boot" mao wala ko nawad-an og paglaom nga magamit pa.

    *BTW mao ra ni support ni Acer,
    - Boot from CD-rom (which is impossible kay guba)
    - Boot from Hard Disk (na-reformat kay navirusan)
    - Boot from Floppy (wlay floppy kay laptop man)
    - Network Boot (mao ni ako hope)

    Miguel,
    Please help, thanks!......

    Try this:
    1. Kopyaha ang folder i386 sa OS installer--bisan asa lng nga Drive sa imong Compact na laptop kanang dako ug space.
    2. Share dayon katong folder na imong gi kopya.
    3. Akses dayon sa katong imong gi-share
    4. double click winnt32.exe.

    Hope this works.
