ive also read sa katong mga grounded casings/chassis na threads although i know that psu's could not be the only reason for that but "it could also be" the only culprit.

more than enough naman ang specs for a branded 600W, na pay dako nga room para one high-end single gpu card.

We are not allowed to open or repair the PSU, we will replace it with a new one. The TS already PM'd me last week, i told him if the PSU is the culprit, then we will replace it, just bring it to the store where he bought it for RMA process. It is very unfortunate that the TS experienced this kind of problem, we are sorry but rest assured that this only an isolated case, the ST60F is a reliable, high quality PSU...

It means what it means sir. Cable Routing, make sure walay naipit nga cables. Check all sockets if they plugged properly. Make sure your system is clean and walay metal filings nahulog sa board kay maka short na cya etc..

We have no similar issues with ST60F. Your case is unique. I recommend to bring your PSU to our office first and we will test it with our tester to determine the cause of your problems.

We at FU do not just say these Silverstone Power Supplies are good, you have the rest of the world to prove that it is. Read reviews on SST PSU's and you will find out.

Every PC component is a mechanical/electrical part and like any other similar devices, there is alway a chance of factory defect that is why there is warranty. 3 Years in SST's case. We have also replaced PSU's that have burned due to incorrect setups or incompatibility issues with the system. Thing like this do happen. I assure you though that our RMA/Warranty Issues are less than 1% of our entire stock which clearly shows the quality of the product we are pushing.
    ---------------

We are at your service and there is no problem we leave unsolved.
