ayos. ty sa info TS. wa ko kaapas last year. 2 years nani akoa globelines landline and internet @ 384kps ra then tag 995 per month. upgrade lng ko sa 1mbps same ra gihapon diay byranan. yahoo..!!

one of the biggest reasons why i stay away from PLDT landline, or DSL, or SmartBro, is that their lock-in is usually set at 2 years.

PLDT/Smart still also ask for old requirements like a billing statement, proof of income, etc.,

i think its stupid and outdated because Globe is able to offer their postpaid services for just a 1 year lock-in (except mobile phone plans with free cell phones), and the only requirement that they ask for is 1 valid ID.

by the way, i am presently stuck with a 2-year lock-in for a SmartBro service that advertised their speed at "up to 2mbps", but in reality, only stays at around 0.1 mbps, or 5% of the speed that they advertised.

bro, mao gani "UPTO 2MBPS" kai dli jd na xia mka abot ug 2mbps. ila lng g.klaro nga ang maximum nimo ma reach kai 2mbps. heads up lng ko ani.

guys, based on my experience as a globe user, plan 995, unlimited internet with speed of 384 kbps, mag depende ang speed sa location ug pila ka households nag share sa isa ka I.P. then as always, palpak ang customer service nila. ako rani experience hap. dont take it roughly.

Lahi2x man na ug experience kada users. Kung naa ka sa Don Pedro Cui guaranteed na full speed ang imo makuha sa globe, samot na kung mag request ka na prolink ang modem

agree ko sa imo part bro, pero sa ako nga part ok au ang ila technical support dri sa ako location, nig twag nko, naa dyon nigka ugma, naa man gni panahon nga twag ko buntag nig hapon naa dyon, depende guro........

by d way mao ni ako na avail kron sa ila promo, from 1mbps to 2mbps for only 1,295......
