yeah i know i posted and crazy about country (both mainstream nashville and the left of the dial alt.country) and americana and folk and bluegrass and celtic and some indie rock bands like Arcade Fire, Spoon,Neutral Milk Hotel, Of Montreal, The Shins, M.Ward, Animal Collective, Takka Takka, Cassettes Won't Listen, Bon Iver, etc...

But i am a music fan in the first place and can appreciate something when i find it's good. Yes i love The Jonas Brothers and Tinted Windows and Demi Lovato but not Pussycat Dolls , Ashley Tisdale, Ke$ha, and Nickelback. Just my personal taste that's all..

Today, i discover a new tween band called Honor Society, signed by the Jonas Brothers on their own Jonas Records with distribution by Disney's Hollywood.

Unlike The Jonas Brothers' pop-rock sound, Honor Society blends rock with funky beats and groove.

they existed last year i think but just heard the full album today when my boardmate played the Cd in it's entirety in his room.

It's mostly positive clean cut stuff (after all The Jonas Brothers and family are evangelical christians).

So to all the mainstream music fans out there. Do you like this band? Have u heard of them?

I dunno if the metal and new wave fans can appreciate this band but it's up to them. It's purely personal choice...

But since there are also lots of mainstream fans here who listens to 99.5 RT and Monster Radio and Lady Gaga and Owl City and those stuff played in a typical pop settings,i was wondering what's ur take on this band...
