I think cebu-incheon route is with another airline. PAL goes to Seoul man tingali? Im also looking out for a promo on this route.

OT:
Incheon (ICN) is the nearest airport to Seoul. So international flights to Seoul go to Incheon Airport. Murag ba ug going to Cebu, sa Mactan Airport ka arrive. So Incheon/Seoul literally means the same destination.
