Para naa idea ang tanan, I post nako mas complete nga directions:
Just drive straight towards Guadalupe Church, and as soon as you hit the Y-intersection in front of the church, take the road on the right (i'm not sure kung 1-way ni, but common sense seems to tell me that this road ought to be 1-way because its a small road). The 2nd side-street on your right side is the one going Maria Theresa Vill 1. The easiest indicator that you are on the right side-street is that it's the one where the road is sloping downwards.
Distance and some observations:
* from Guadalupe Church up to the street entering Maria Theresa Vill 1, its about 230 to 250 meters.
Ang jeep kutob ra sa iskina sa Maria Theresa Vill 1, meaning nga inig naug nimo dire, maglakaw naka padulong sa sulod.
* from iskina sa Maria Theresa Vill 1 going the the apartment, its around 210 to 230 meters, going downhill. tungas kung pabalik.

Meaning that if gikan ka sa apartment unya gusto ka mag taxi, your safest bet is to walk to the church gyud, or around 600 meters walk, kay naa ra didto ang mga taxi.
*note*: that 200 meters is more or less 4 minutes walk, depende sa speed.

Sa katong wala pako naka adto, I just looked at the pictures posted and tried to imagine how big the living are is. I counted 6 tiles on the lobby sa sulod sa apartment (based on the picture). But when I went there, I found out that they used 18 inch tiles instead of 12 inch tiles diay. Meaning that the lobby is 9 feet wide. That is, daku-dako sad diay ang width sa sulod.
3 apartment units per floor, mao nang 9 tanan.

Now I have a few questions to the owner or manger of the place:
You said that parking is available for 4 vehicles. But the inside layout is such that the vehicles will have to park right in front of the main door and front window of the units in the 1st floor.
Question 1: If you are occupying a unit in the ground floor, do you have exclusive rights to the parking spaces in front of your door and window? (it has to be noted nga kung naay mu park nga walay respeto sa tag-balay, pwede ra ipa-duol pag-ayu ang bumber sa sakyanan sa pultahan sa ground floor unit nga mag-lisod na ug gawas ang taga sulod. worse, if the person parks backwards, while nag atras-atras siya para maka park, tanan nga aso gikan sa tambotso adto padulong sa sulod sa ground floor unit.)
Question 2: There's no parking available in the front of the left most unit in the ground floor because of the stairs. Where will the occupant of that unit have to park?
Question 3: What if you are occupying a unit in the 2nd or 3rd floor and you have a vehicle? Where will you park?
Question 4 and most important question: Are the prices posted above final? Because honestly, dili kaayu attractive ang imong pricing due to your location. Is there a possibility for you to lower your prices a bit?
Thanks!
