No probs Dan... just sharing what i've learned.

With regards to photoshoots or photowalks, i mostly do it alone or with limited people. Too much crowd distracts me and my focus.

With regards to posting pix, i used to do that. I limited it lately so i can preserve my style of photography. I've learned from some well known photographers that the more that you post your pictures online, the more that you loose your individuality. You loose the art and style... learn the fundamentals and develop your own style.

After mastering the fundamentals, it's time you develop your own style of composition... THIS IS WHERE THE SKILL BECOMES AN ART.

Just sharing though... again please remember that this is a matter of personal opinion.

a few tips from a fellow newbie:

    - Focus on the eye of the subject...

    - Adjust the sharpness of your pictures in the Picture Control.

    - Adjust the Exposure Compensation of your camera so that you will have consistent exposure.

    - Use the histogram. Take a sample shot of a subject in the are you will shoot, then look at it's HISTOGRAM. Left is under-exposure while right is over-exposure. Then adjust the Exposure accordingly... this works for me...

underexposed ang images bai but otherwise everything else is fine. saturation is spot-on sad. hmmm... what else.. try daw framing your main subject off-center.. it adds more drama. hehehe
