pwede ra oi.. basta bring lang jud with you clean bag where you put all the containers for your milk and ang pump. whenever nga u feel nga imong breast puno na find a place where you can pump the milk, if imong ofc naay ref, isulod lang cya then kuhaa before ka mouli..

@baning giunsa nimo sauna? ig abot lng ka pa breastfeed or mag pump ka sa work then mao nay ipondo nimo for the next day? posible man jud sa akong tan-aw pero agree jud ko na lisud.. lets wait and see. try ko next month ig balik work kay anha pa maabot ang breastpump na ako g.order online

i'm not a mom, but yes i believe so...my mom breastfed me when i was a baby and she was still a resident doctor @ that time... so her world revolved in the hospital but still she managed to breastfeed me..
how? before she leaves home, she usually take breast milk and store them in a milk bottle..then she'll store them in the ref so they'll come handy when i was hungry....

mag pump ko daan nig ka gabii sa ug milk before ko adto office...nya sa office kay mag pump sad ko para ni baby... pero dili jud bya like daghan kau imo makuha na milk... dili jud cya enough kay dili man permi ma duduan gud... and some people told me na dili pud daw mau permi mag pump kay naa daw na bad na effects..(not sure though)... so karon kay plain formula milk nami... 3 months na ako baby...

thats inspiring! na-ganahan na lagi ko mu-balik work so i can try for myself. and to think na doctor imu mum.. ka erratic ana nga lifestyle and sked. pero nakaya ra. amazing.

manual pump imo gamit? how often ka mag pump sa ofice? aw ok raman sad nang formula..mao lng sad lagi..gasto...
i dont believe naa nay bad effects ang mag pump ug cge. kung sayup ang storage kana nuon mutuo ko.

Dili sad na maau cge ug pump kay mas dali na mawala ang gatas. Check gani ninyo kanang e suck sa bata/daddy mao nay makastimulate na mu agas ang gatas. Kana man gani bag o anak or padung na mang anak kay mu advice ang OB na stimulate ang nipple para mu agas ang gatas.

Haron mas dugay ka magbreast feed, ipa suck gyud na sa bata/daddy pirmi.
