What I look for in an interview is someone who Is relaxed. Make sure when you answer you are answering the question. Usually people just blurt out answers because someone told them questions they were asked. So there are times that answers are blurted out which are in no way connected to the question. Come prepared means prepare to sell yourself. It's not a game show, you are not expected to know all the answers. Be yourself.
