 Ok pud ni na suggestion. but if you dont want to change any settings sa imo na router/modem provided by globe or pldt, u can change the LAN IP of each computer(of course mag add ka additional lancard for each pc) like:
192.168.2.2(PLDT) and 
192.168.2.3(Globe),
subnet:255.255.255.0 
and gateway @192.168.2.1 
and connect both computers using a crossover cable. no need a HUB/Switch if u are not planning to connect more than 2 computers.
