Ive been out of wrk, intentionally since late 2008. My last was with cvg, after ttc.Hehe.. Aftr cvg, i joined sykes, was with project hand. The thing is, i didnt like it there and just left. Did txt my tl to have me on eoc. Now i wana go back wrking. Shud i include sykes on my resume when im yet to process my clearance with them. Pwede b follow up na lang ung coe frm sykes? 4mnths kc me dun.

Call center or job hopping is the worse you can do to your resume. Don't lie, it's easy to check and if you get caught your application is dead and your blacklisted with that company. It takes 1 call to DOLE and they can find out you employment history because call centers especially are required to report their labor status monthly.

my suggestion, don't put too many companies in your resume.. they might question your "sincerity" and "loyalty" sa company na imu applyan...

Sykes lang me ngloko. 1 year ako sa ttc, then regular ako cvg, pero ngka.Prob kaya i was forced to resigned. Then i workd with sykes for 4 mnths only.

lisud ni imo bro kay ginagmay ra man imo service sa usa ka company. even 1 year sa usa ka company is not enough. mag expect na gyud ang employer nga quitter ka. pag buhat lang gyud valid kaayo nga reasons why nag balhin balhin ka. or best nimo buhaton mag shift na lang ka ug carrer like mag programmer, engineer, etc.

did you forward your coe from your previous employer to sykes?
kay kung gi forward nimo, you have to or sooner or later they will find it out man sad
if wala nimo gi forward ok rana siya.

I did kc requirements un. Im thnking na mgpa.Clear na lang ko sykes then follow ko na lang sa requirements, rather than lie abt it. Valid jud na rason to. I cn talk and sell myself well, to lang tlaga prob ko ryt nw.

What if i wnt lie, tell the story i have, then ask hr na lang na follow up ko ung coe frm sykes, if there is one. Hehe.. Il just say na m stl processing my clearance bt m no lnger cnnectd to the cmpany

if your last job was with sykes then pangitaon jud na imo coe sa sykes. if i was you, id go to sykes personally ang process imo clearance. just make up a reason and say you have personal problems. they cant stop you from claiming your coe or you can sue them. its the best move you can do and the worst thing that can happen is wala ka last pay kay minus2x imo liabilities pero kwentaha jud na basin diay naa pa sobra then maka kwarta paka gamay. hehehe... then cleared naka with coe pa. hehehe...
