thanks bro, I'm also surprised with my performance. maybe it's because of my diet plan from training to race day. naa man gud koy guide book for runners diet. hehe disiplina sa kaon. sakto sa pahuway. during training I usually stop after 7 kilometers, I couldn't believe I didn't made a stop during the race, pero mao lagi, hapit pod ko na tiurok! haha
generally nag enjoy ko sa race. big thanks to the organizers! big thankz also to 'Melvin the great' for accommodating me and Genio (38th place of 21K) last Saturday night, didto mi natulog sa ilang house. hehe![]()
