no idea about your question... ako na hibaw.an simple and boring man daw didto hehehe... according to people who had worked there before ha dili ako.. people who stayed there daw prefer to have their uhh simple and non-mentally stimulating job... but still get an OK pay... but i dunno if that's really true..

Hmmmm....Professional Services Department of Westernwats are expanding. IN fact the team has grown since last year. This comprises of programmers, data processors, qa, testers, software developers, and a lot more. Westernwats is more than just a call center...its a Market Research company. Being an agent is just a teeny bit part of the company.

Hahay...How I wish we can file for undertime and leave...We are extremely busy in our Department. Don't know about th ephone center though.

@babykai: grabeha sad nang mga kaila nimo mam oi... well, opinion na nila. but do u know, we do customer satisfaction surveys sa mga companies/clients sa PS and CVG or teletech? most of the customers ani nila are not satisfied with the way they handle their calls. part of our job is, collecting data. is it non-stimulating? most of u known blu-ray like when? sa pag-advertise na, sa pagsikat na but we've known of it before pa kay kmi nag-conduct ug survey ani sa US.

sa PSD for sure, mas knowledgeable cla sa dghan na mga products or services kay mas dghan cla ug dagko na clients... am i ryt poison? hehe
