problem in PC

hi...need your suggestions/ideas guys...wala koy idea kung unsa ang guba ani....

problem started last year around july 2009
after POST my pc just turns off after 2-3 secs...so after a couple of tries, mu on man sad ang pc nako then it would work normally...first is i thought na na sobraan nako ug OC so i set everything back to stock...then i thought it was a PSU problem so i purchased a new one...and it still has the same problem...so guys help me..i dont know what to do and i dont know whats causing the problem.thanks..

FYI mao ni akong current specs sa akong pc:
pentium 4 3.2HT cedar mill 641 (was OCed to 3.8ghz,but since the problem started,was put back to stock)
gigabyte 3d rocket II cooler
asus p5kpl-am/ps
2x1 gb kingston value ram
ati x1050
seagate 80gb IDE HDD
seagate 160 SATA
s.stone st50f-230 500w PSU
15" LG studioworks
customized casing (2x120mm CM exhaust/intake fans, 1 90mm cdr king fan exhaust)
uu diay please also comment sa pwde nako ma upgrade sa akong pc......

25-30k diay ang budget sa upgrade

30k? pwede na ka maka-i5 ana, what more an i3. Sell your old rig for additional resource.

if upgrade to i5/i3:

buy new mobo,DD3 RAMS,CPU COOLER.....
