video card (asking for your opinion)

my sister is going to send me some of her used pc parts. now she is asking me which video card i want. its either a:

BFG GTX 260 normal version

or

a HIS 4870 iceQ4 1g 256bit ddr5

thats the 2 cards she has so mao ra na ang ako ka pilian(di lng ko complain libre man). im into gaming but not hardcore.. just want to ask your opinions performance wise. ive read the reviews i find it helpful but its much better if people from our place gives their opinions.
