    taympa ga libog gyud ko. init man gud pirmi diri sa cebu so ang pirmi nimo gamiton sunblock lotion sad? so wala na to gamit imong ubang lotion? naa bay sunblock lotion nga humot? di man gud ko nahan ug lotion basta dili humot. hehe arte kaayo.

    use sunblock nalang sa parts that are always exposed to the sun... like face and arms, Para you can use those other lotions nga humot sa other parts sad.

    bitaw get enough sleep gyud. otherwise magka-dark circles ka under your eyes.

    exercise. bisan a stretch here, a stretch there lang. no need to do anything rigorous.

    exfoliate your face once or twice a week para di ma-clog up ang skin pores. there's a variety of exfoliating products on the market.

    try not to skip breakfast.

    limit your caffeine. too much coffee makes you hyper. even better, just drink tea instead of coffee.

    try to smile at least once a day. even if you're in a bad mood, force yourself to smile. it really does make a difference.

    if possible, take vitamins. particularly c and e.

    get some sunshine. preferably those early morning sunrays, for our bones.

    drink lots of water.

    try not to smoke. smoking is bad for the skin, the teeth, and it might cause lung cancer.

    don't forget to eat fruits and vegetables. i know junk food tastes better, but if you want to look and feel good, produce is the answer.

    if possible, choose fish, chicken and turkey over beef and pork.

    add nuts to your diet.

    meditation to calm yourself. prayer is a form of meditation.

    ice! akong mommy kay permi ko pugson butang ice sa face if la daw ko buhaton... it help clogs the pores man gud daw!!!

    nahan na lang pod ko.. labaw na karon kay summer... nah... hilig kaau ko magbutang ice sa akong face
