sus, mka dum2 jud ko atong mopalit unta kog book niya, then nagkacnabot na mi sa presyo, kta kuno mi pgka ugma sa gbie,..pag adto nako, txt ko niya,,reply mn cya n naa cla meeting, sori kuno wla cya kreply daun ky lobat..naghuwat gud ko mga 1hour, pero nisabot ra sad ko...pagka ugma nlng kuno same tym ,same place..

My idea of a solution? let the buyers come into your houses sellers.

in that way, it can erase the buyers doubt (lessen the uneasy transactions) so chances of unreasonable change of mind will be lessen.
