well, for all those who came from this company wala man siguroy na downgrade. Puro man naka benefit from the learning experiences sa company. Nindot jud sila as a training ground, kay hashasan jud ka sa sakto. panington jud kag bubog, dugo dugo ilong mo og sikma pa kag latik. Pag maka realize naka nga, oh sakto na... then you stop and look for other alternatives, (freelance). Pero it is sad to see the same comments over and over again about the management, in short wala siguroy improvements. Business will always be a business and will never be a friend. Good luck!

The problem of this company is the company itself. It's an outsourced company but they stand only as a third party...it's like they are sub-con.

I hope I present this that everyone can understand.

a US Client wants service to a US company then US company outsourced their service to Philwebservices.

or is this really the way outsourcing company should be?

With this kind of structure it's like you are just a freelance working in a company. No double pay during holidays coz their clients are only paying the company on a daily basis as agreed upon on the contract.

They give night shift employees differential benefits but actually if you really do mathematical computation for this one it's better than none. How can you accept 100-200 night shift differential for a 15 day period? And oh yeah and a free meal too..yeah right.

For the people saying this company is a great tool for training ground I guess I have to agree with you.

ayyy... mao japon ang mga feedback... y ayu japon... naa ra ba ko unta hands-on exam sa designing ani nga company ugma... di na lang ko muadto.... kapoy2x ra ko... ni resign gani ko ako previous company kay bati pod ug management, mao pod diay ning philwebs... hahays... ka y ayu...
