bay, i think you're one of those agents nga gi refer sa uban as having an "attitude problem" coz personalan ang tira bah.... of course, your sups and QAs would say "when i was an agent..." because they used to be agents before they came to be in their present positions.
The QAs are following the guidelines set by Tracfone so of course they have to do their jobs otherwise kita tanan mawad-an ug trabaho.
If you don't like how the company works, then RESIGN! Ganon lang yan kasimple.... you're saying veteran ka sa BPO?? so it means daghan na ka call center nga gi-workan... which means YOU HAVE NOT STAYED IN ONE COMPANY.... so i'm wondering WHY
