contract signing--offer higher than minimum wage--higher than expected
first few months--training--lingaw, getting to know each other, murag balik skwela...
after training--adjustment for the first few weeks on the floor and w/the schedule...
after 6 mos---wow increase in salary!
after 1 yr---13th mo pay...xmas party...
after more than 1 yr---stress, you drag yourself to work, sometimes the only thing that pushes you to work is the pay--then it comes to the point that the pay is no longer worth it..

so far... in my almost 2 years of working... ok ra man cya... happy ra man ko... i dont know within the next months or years to come... im still crossing my fingers...
