Hi, P. the congressman is not a "leadership position" the mayorship is. the congressman participates in the discussion in the national scene and makes sure his constituents is represented. pananglit : policies on land use (as another poster correctly observed, actor kaayo si "pilay ako Carlo Fortuna" dinhi), determining budget of matters from a school in Aparri, to the "intelligence fund" for the war in Mindanao, granting of franchises for gambling etc ...

that is the job that Luigi and Balodong is applying for.

rey ... bro ... almost 20 years under the ouanos who never pushed for it and 15 years with MISREP nery's mis and under-representation of the Mandauehanons who prevented my city from being a lone congressional seat ... is enough reason for me to belittle their leadership roles in my beloved Mandaue ...

their record of corruption is legend ... tedyboy is now facing graft and corruption charges which should have been PLUNDER considering the amount of government monies malversed ... ... MISREP nery was once the poorest representative in all the PINAS but after her tenure her net assets worth have increased by "infinitely" much more than 1,000% ... !!! ... from negative 265,000 to positive in the millions ... in less than 7 years .... thus the increase is "infinitely" ...

i have very grave concerns about luigi's capability to discern what is right and wrong with his political associations ... when he willfully and deliberately joined the KURAKOT KLANS for the 2010 political exercise ... if he abandons his political stand and record ... for perceived political expediency ... then i don't think we can continue to support him ... peace to you, too ... bro ...
