When are we required to wear the shirts? On jan 17 lang? or from Jan 9 to 17?

So for areas where our IDs are required to get access to, we need to have the ID and wear the shirt on any day from Jan 9 to 17?

i dont have any issues with regards to the payment or who the official shirts suppleir is. with all the fun and photography we have for that day, the 650 s a small price to pay. my concerns are:

design:
as you've explained already that there wasn't time to concieve or conceptualize a design, then could you have slapped the official graphics of the sinulog streamers or the simplified design of the i.d.'s on the shirts? that way, it will be uniform sa look sa official sinulog graphics and it will be much better looking. i'v known gil since the 80's an i dont think he designed this. something must have gone wrong in the process and it ended up na grabe ka dinalian. and if gil will claim na cya jud ang nagdesign, please tell him na its really ugly and its so baduy - its making me think na he's making fun of all the other photographers

Ms. Ashmae I've read from other boards that after mahurot ang current stock sa white sinulog photo contest shirts ky they're going pink na daw, is this true?
