Kung ganahan ka sa fashion or how it looks on you. Good. But if if you will wear it for the health claims itv has....besides the placebo effect...its all hogwash marketing.

This was how I thought about phiten before... I was given one by my wife as a gift... Wa jud ko tuo ani, ako lang gi wear para di malain ako wife... Not until last week when I slipped and hurt my left feet/ankle, sakit jud ako tiil. Tried to apply cold compress & took some medications... nakatabang gamay but the pain did not go away... after long hours standing, musakit jud siya, magtakiang jud ko. After 2 days of enduring the pain, nakahinumdum ko sa necklace... decided to place it on my ankle and rested since it was lunch break sa workplace. Forgot all about it when i got back to work, then diha na ko ka realize pag off or uli nako nga na wala ang sakit... usually makabantay jud ko nga inig drive mu sakit man siya inig clutching nako...

Mao lang to ako ika share... It may or not work for all, It may or not cure all pero at that situation of mine all I can say was it helped...
