Terms and conditions for dealership
1. Jnlx online bag boutique will provide the dealer the volume and amount of items based on the approved credit limit.
2. The dealer must provide a security deposit which can later be consumed upon payment but non refundable.
3. The dealer claims sole responsibiltiy of all items upon delivery/ pick - up. Consequently damaged or lost items inclidung damage labels will be charged to dealer.
4. Jnlx online bag boutique will only replace damage items that will be proven as factory defect within 3days after delivery/pick-up.
5. Unsold dealer items can be replaced with new one's but of the same amount within 10days after delivery/pick-up.
6. Dealers percentage and remittance will be as follow's:
20% of the suggested retail price
5% rebate based on the net payable for 3o days payment
no rebate shall apply for 60 days payment on net payable
php 2.00 label charged for damage labels.
2% daily surcharge based on net payable shall apply to unpaid accounts.
