To all those who agreed and posted that I'm a scammer:
---It's so easy to judge the mistakes of others but is difficult to judge our own.

Just because someone said so, (specially to those people who didn't even bought phones from me).... you'd accuse me of being a scammer?

If there's one person nga na scam ngari sa storya---- ako to.......Many times have I have been cheated here sa buy and sell section... Mas dako pa cguro ako alkansi kaysa sa ginansya..... But im not blaming istorya for this....

I do buy and sell because I love selling and I love to see my customers satisfied sa ako mga baligya... I don't think I could sell a house and lot, almost 50 cellphones and beauty products and etc. if these people aren't satisfied with what i sell...

Funny and Ironic coz most of my phones na gibaligya ngari ra man pud gikan sa storya.... (specially those nga naay reklamo) I think I'm just good at haggling that's why mabaligya pa nakog usab ako gipalit ngari s istorya. (I guess that's what buy n sell is all about).... my point is.... shit happens,,,, asa naman ang protection as a seller ani How would I know if natagak ba na or giunsa nana sa buyer? I swear I don't sell phones na kaybaw ko gubaon coz I know how it feels to buy a phone nga defective.... di man pud pwede intawn nga forever ang warranty! grabeh naman pud..... even brandnew phones from cellshops sa mall maguba man gani..... 2nd hand bya ni nga mga phones.... I always let my customers check the phone bya jud before buying it......

So, how dare you treat me as a scammer?!

First of all, if i WAS SCAMMER, will I do meet-ups @ my office, my house / my school? How stupid of me pud intawn wui kung mao man gani na... kung magscammer man lang ko lain nga username ako gamiton n di ko paila sa mga storyans.... I even posted my friendster/facebook sa ubang thread nako.....

Im working in a law office, and I know bsag asa pa nga court madefend nako ako self coz I know sakto ko....

I enjoyed selling (I really do )because of the trust and satisfaction i get from my customers..... But if ing-ani naman lng gani I dnt think it would work pa.....

Just to let u know that <trublu> is not me or vice versa. i dont know him and i just came across his name in this thread nga na-ilad pud ila maid...dili ni para panaot ako but to make others aware that there are people who are dishonest in their dealings. You can read this thread again and again...

Just to let you know that I will do further observatons/tests with the phone and if really defective I expect to see you at Robinsons again this Saturday so you can test out the unit for yourself, ok? You do business...so do I, and we know how important it is to make our customers satisfied, right?

Correction1: we only checked the unit but not really tested as in calling and texting. How can you thoroughly test a phone in 5 minutes?
Correction2: i never said ok cya with other sim. what i said is we tried another sim pero mao japon. then we put the sim in my phone and it works. mao na ni conclude mi that its not network problem, or sim problem but phone problem...
cge lang we'll test further...maybe ibabaw sa amo rooftop mo work...hopefully

Now the sad thing is that the phone really is defective and since mo-argue man jud ka nga dili, wala na lang ko mo press further ky gamay ra nga kwarta ang involved although daku na ni para sa among maid. Anyway, as i've said in another thread, i can forgive but i cannot forget....you can go on wheeling and dealing again but please make sure dili guba...unya kung guba gani ayaw cge justify but offer a remedy just like you did to <carlocolme>. That way settle dayun di ba?

BTW ang cellphone sa amo maid amo na lang gi-mighty bond ky dili na masira ang imo "brandnew" nga casing...peace
