Out of the 3 Sausage Shops in Cebu that I know of (Monster Frank, Hero, and Dr. Franks), Monster Frank is the best. I've known people to drive all the way to SM and go through all the hassle of parking just to get some Monster Franks.

How I'd rate them:
#1 - Monster Franks (really simple, straight forward, yummy sausages. Good value)
#2 - Hero (Quality of sausages didn't taste as good as Monster's. Bread was also dry)
#3 Dr. Franks (Terrible. The worst dry, hard, stale bread. Over the top and overbearing condiments. Most expensive too)

yup..yup...lami jud ag monster franks...ila sausage kay tagumkum au...it melts me out...wohooo..but mahal lg jud hehe...worth mn sad if u lyk to eat d best sausage in town...and paresan pajud ug quickly atbag ra nila...hhhhmmmm...yaaammmyyy...^^

dili ko helig ug sausages but i was able to try it last christmas and ok ra but mahal siya.

Good to know! Love sausages. I produce my own Spanish Chorizo for sale, family recipe. I want to get into making other sausages. Has anyone tried?
