    Kaso lang nanaod mi ug tarpaulin aning Luigi Quisumbing katong pag una niyang lansar.. Gi-saaran mi ug basketball (preferably Spalding) para unta pangpa-singot.. Pero nahuman na lang iyang termino wa gyuy bola naabot bisag lokal brand na lang unta...

    when luigi quisumbing was still board member, he and corominas filed case ... nga hangtod karon pending ... requiring that gwen soco submit contracts to the provincial board for review ... sa dili pa implementar.

    so how come ni reverse na siya karon? how come ga beso-beso na man siya ni gwen soco? anybody from mandaue dri can inquire?
