yes. in social parlance, the term is: gatecrashing. and what does it tell us ? in the game of social niceties these people basically have no sense of propriety. Christmas is of course exclusive to Christians, doesn't common sense tell us that? But in no way does it prevents christians to extend it to others but NEVER the other way round, of the others forcing to invite themselves to a Christian event.

.. how sad and yet how true. if we atheist who celebrate christmas are less credible, then how about those christians who PRETEND TO BE CHRISTIANS AND ARE DISCRIMINATIVE What do you call them oh yeah, hellblazer just mentioned it - HYPOCRITES.

.. the christmas message is all around us, be it in songs or poems - SHARE THE LOVE. But, these hypocrite christians are saying it like this - SHARE THE LOVE ONLY TO CHRISTIANS. How incredibly sad.

.. oh, and so you know ... my muslim friends ( arabians ) here in saudi are also celebrating christmas, they say that they should celebrate it too coz they see their christian "brothers" happy and so they ( muslims ) should be happy for them ( christians ).

.. in fact, all of my patients today have greeted me merry christmas and hugged me, they are all arabian muslims by the way.

.. it's sad that people of a different religion is celebrating the true spirit of christmas, but those hypocrite christians aren't.

.. merry christmas to all. and i mean ALL. may you all be happy with whatever you're doing right now..

.. alaikum asalam. ma' shallah. well, my muslim friends said that eventhough december 25 isnt the "True" birthday of Issa ( jesus ), they are still celebrating it now coz half of the world's populations is celebrating it. They say, half of the world is happy right now and they should join in the happiness as well.

.. i have a friend who's an islam scholar, very conservative islam and he knows that i'm an atheist, well, he never did condemn me, he never did tell me that i'm wrong or should be damned coz i dont believe in God nor he wanted me to be a muslim, he accepted me as I am and only said, that as long as i don't hurt the feelings of others that is ok.

ma'shallah. that is good to hear, sadeek sir fingolfin. while there may be some ultra-orthodox Muslims, there are also a few open-minded Muslims. and for these individuals, i respect the most.
