have you tried it na ba? ako i do this once in awhile...very effective...but dili kini nga method. but ang tawag is awareness of impermanence, mao gihapon you think about death and the work nga imo na accomplish diri while buhi pa ka. nice kay ma trigger imong drive to reach for the best and maka gain ka og strength to avoid kana bitaw mga petty quarrels sa imong mga kaposo og mga kapamilya, hehe.
