better siguro sir if u try it at ur present built para maka gauge ka "how much" u need to work on loosing weight. yaw lang pud kaau e-serious ang pagpadaut, lingaw2x lang gud.... sa badminton lang ta magdinomutay

i talked with the hai-ball people yesterday, pwede ra sila offer the same basic rock climbing course lorz, kris8jenn & i underwent last february. minimum of 5 people lang daw. the group's choice of an on-site camp or adto sa springpark stay overnyt like what we did before nya trek nalang early morning to the climb site. pa-update lang sya when ma-form ang group and when u want it done. preferrably weekend lang coz they have work on weekdays.

if moabot ug 10 people in the group, basin we can lobby for a price lesser than the 250/person na fee for the course

@lorz... naa pud sila gear bag, basin ganahan ka. invite si roy for the pintados festival jun 25-31. rock trip, bouldering comp pud ata sa gym ni jason, kato iya friend from tacloban we met sa fishermen's net; then ang fiesta...

@kris8jenn...naa daw coming shoes si wendell, end of may or early june. basin nahan ka mo-order.
