Need Help

About what i felt little hurt in my testicle. it start when i hand-wash my clothes and I sit on a little chair. When im sitting i accidentally sit and my testicle compressed and i felt a little hurt. And then the hurt continuous until I felt a bad hurt. Until now the hurt is begun to be big. Any med professionals please give me some info or advices of what is this. I really need help and some medical advises.
