Lift? depende... during my diet, nag drop ako strength... dumbbell bench goes 50-60lbs (each) for 6-8 reps siguro... depending on the day / week... squats - 175lbs, 8-10 reps... again, depending on the week / day... deadlift, around 200lbs... bicep curls, 35-40lbs each arm...
those are the max'es... i cycle my weights weekly.. heavy - mid - light week... something like that...![]()

You dont have to lift as heavy as me or anybody here... choose your weight lang... well, you have to go to a gym though to be able to do all the exercises... and hit all bodyparts...
