    uhmm...mga light cases rman akong nabasahn dri sa mga taw dah...lau rmo nko diay...as i obsrvd,ang mga insomnia nnu s mor of lasting 4 pila lng ka days,wiks or months...so sad gni ky ako lahi ra gyd..my insomnia lasts fr yrs..hnestly lng...lisud gyd au ni xa uy..tsktsk

    milk daw or ice cream kay effective but sa akoa la man ni work..

    dugay na man gud ni ako insomnia,high skul pa ko nya pila na edad nako ron..

    anyways,swerte lng ko kay ako sad bro naa insomnia so naa ko kuyog..

    amo buhaton kay mag movie marathon lng mi every nyt nya makasleep nami ug sayo2x..

    wla na sad mi plano na ma serious case ...lisod nman gane na mild ra amo insomnia. Ako, if i dont get my brain tired, d ko mka tulog ug gabii. That's why I have to read a really boring book before going to bed.

    hmm mostly suffering from insomnia kay long lasting mana...kay ang insomnia is magbalik-balik ra.... ako nagsuffer ko for 14 years na pero on and off unya gnhan ko kun dli na unta mo balik ka kapoy bya nang wala tuog...na gali one time for a week mura ko sabog kay may nalang sa usa ka adlaw makatug ko ug 2 hrs...nya naay time dli jud...lipay nako ron kay au2x na ako insomnia...sos kun naa lang lagi permanent cure pero unsaon man lagi cycle man...

    take melatonin sa gnc. none prescription. try researching it. or go to the gym. if kapoy kaayo ka. katug ka dayon. kung studyante pa ka. pagtuon! maka tug ka dayon!
