[PSP] Outlet charger specifics

I have 2 PSPs, 1 from 2 years ago and 1 from last month. They came with similar battery specs but a little different with their chargers.

First PSP is a Black PSP-2000 (China) ver3.90 (now 5.00 M33-6) that came with a PSP-S110 3.6V 1200mAh battery (Japan) and a PSP-100 5v 2000mA (Philippines) charger.
Second PSP is a Blue PSP-3000 (China) ver5.05 (now 6.20) that came with exact same battery as first PSP and a PSP-380 5v 1500mA (China) charger.

Akong question kay: interchangeable ra ni ilang outlet chargers noh? Wala'y implications ang difference sa charger specs?
(Though most of the time, I charge with a USB-data-cable or a USB-charger...)

What do you mean by outlet? is it output?

more amperes of your charger can charge faster, if you use USB Charger will take a lot of time to full charge the battery.
