i was once a member of tetada kalimasada. but i stopped because i got really busy. there are classes in baseline under Ahmad, the owner of Persian Palate.

another one is in Sacred Heart Center in Jakosalem under Warlito Lim, a Hare Krishna.

TK is Indonesian in origin and the Initiators of the members are the royal family of Indonesia. The prince and his wife come to the Philippines to hold "connection" gatherings where they test the students and connect their chakras.

i only reached first connection from the base chakra to solar plexus i think. it's really nice. but you really have to persevere to reach their level.

Warlito Lim is the only senior member to have the highest level in the whole country. and this man is not to be messed with. he's old but very strong. he doesn't act young and his skin is very clear..largely because of his healthy diet and exercise as well as his high spiritual vibration.

TK has many health benefits. it also teaches students to heal.

Apil ko ani before and kita gyud ko anang buak2 thingy but ni undang ko kay lisud kaayo imemorize ang steps. Always ko ma awahi then di ko maka blend in sa mga tao kay mga idaran na naa gani SVD priest nakadungan nako ani before.
