Could you guys help give an estimated expenses for starting an Internet Cafe for 10 pc units.
i.e.
1) electric bills (10 units, 1 aircon, 1 ceiling fan)
2) internet subscription (smart/glode/pldt)
3) system setup
4) maintenance
5) softwares
6) computers, servers, etc
7) and all other expenses

Note, dili na i-establish sa Cebu, so dili ni competion sa inyo..hehe..adto na hilit nga probinsya.

Katong sa una namo nga 12PCs, 1 ref, 1 TV, 1 aircon, 2 fans, 1 light room, 1 light CR, 1 light sa gawas. Monthly Bill 12k+

2) internet subscription (smart/glode/pldt)

sa una SmartBro 999 pero no youtube allowed, then after that PLDT Xcite up to 2.0 Mbps 1,995

3) system setup

Install all fav online game and offline games, apili ug daghan pang bata nga games, free antivirus, deepfreeze.

4) maintenance

I do my own maintenance mao walay labot sa gasto.

5) softwares

Ang ma gasot nimo licence if naa ka sa city, and jack sparrow if naa ka somewhere out there.

6) computers, servers, etc

kanang 10 units nimo for Clients, and you need extra PC for Server (time, print, scan and other quick service)

7) and all other expenses

Silhig, mob, aircon cleaning, change lights, change keyboard and mouse, etc.

7) and all other expenses - syempre, mga permits from brgy to malacañang, u know... he he he

2) ISP: globe 1G (hinay)
3) setup: more or less 5k. depending on budget & overall installation
4) maintenance - 2k/month.. depending on your consumables & defects.
5) softwares - xp liscenced. home will do but professional is better.
6) 20T per unit is a good investment
7) other exp: hhhmmnn.. more or less 20K

kanang 500k for 15 units + 1 server Ok na kaau na nga budget... of cors apil na ni ang printer, scanner, photocopier... ayaw palit ug printer nga baratohon kay mahal ug ink dali maguba labi na gamay ra iya print page per month... some prefer to use ciss for the ink but be careful lang...

just be sure kamao ka sa business or tun-an jud nimo tanan, cafe operations, govt papers ug sa techinical, like networking, pc assembling & repairs, etc... ayaw lang sa isalig sa uban kay mao pa man pagsugod nimo...

i want an honest answer... is getting into the inet cafe business still a wise move nowadays? Is having and expected ROI of 3-4 yrs reasonable? Considering that technology changes so fast?

If you have 15 units, how much is the minimum monthly sales?
I plan to start one... I estimated a monthly sale of P40k/month... Is that too high? Area is in Tabunok, Talisay....

Also, maau ba ang Globelines Broadband for business like this? Naa man gud sila promo w/ free 2 desktop nya P4k/mo apil na dsl....

Help! this will be my first venture into a business... I am very interested, however, Im scared i might not be able to pay off all the expenses with my projections...
