haha mana daw ug kasaba ni maam.

How to keep you employees is far more important than recruitment. It is big mistake to think of your employees as dispensable and keeping a mindset that there will always be others who are going to replace them. Sa kadako sa population sa cebu syaro wala makapuli nila but the question is do they qualify? And even for those who qualify they will always look for greener pasture because they aren't below average people, mga arangan pod na cla. First of all dili sayun mang recruit, massive recruitment or advertisement is not enough to entice people what you need is something that will make people interested in your company and what better way to get their attention than offering something what others cannot I.E good compensation. Second when you lose your employees you also lose precious productivity time. And productivity means profit in this kind of business. 3rd you will need to recruit and hire people in order to replace those who have left and when you recruit and hire people maka incur nasad ka ug recruitment and hiring expenses. Not only that you will also lose some much needed quality kay katong nihawa I'm sure daghan na to sila knowledge sa nature sa job especially nga daghan mga terms nga di nimo ma encounter unless nakatry na ka ani na job. This is why it is important to keep a low employee turnover.

Pasensya na if I'm a bit critical that's just my nature. At least that's what my undergrad course says. Bitaw I like business. Take away all the politics and personal motives involved and you'll see that business is fun. Lingaw man na mga business cases, you get to see what went wrong and what could have been done to prevent it.

and if one considers that they're on a recruitment drive, aggressively so, dinha jd na padung ky the company also wants to grow! that is, sign a bigger and better deal with it's clients abroad. they can't go forward with that with just 40 people. simply put, get 300 employees, keep those employees from leaving, sign a new big fat contract.

    patience lng jd.

it's an amusing reason to apply for a job

    woohoo ana jd sir. hehehe.
i have no experience or knowledge about business and I was either absent or sleeping katong nag class mi sa economics.... but 1 thing I am sure of is maayo ko ug analysis.... ako lng nabantayan sad gud mao nga dako ug turnover people because daghan man sad low performing.... actually if you love your job you will do all means to keep it... but if you are just thinking man sad gud nga if i dont do good here there will be others nga mo dawat ra sd nako so magsalig na lng... basta d magkalisod ang company d man na mang tak2x but they dont want nga mo abot ang time nga magkalisod sila because ilang gisaligan nga people to work kay bali wala lng nila.... I am not very hardworking but I work according to how I am being compensated... sa amo department naa man incentives ang hardworking which is fair enough ako i am just a regular agent so I am happy with how much I am paid kay kahibaw man ko nga mao ra sad na ako gi trabaho. If I whine and I dont work I would expect nga end of the month when naa na ang stats nga mo say goodbye na jud ko sa work.... There is no sense man sad gud in keeping people who are not performing... kay ang company ra ang ma alkansi ana when there are other people outside who are trainable and hardworking.... naa bitaw sa company nga naa gihapon karon since nag start ang company... thats just a proof that they just dont easily let go of people unless angayan na jud sila nga e let go.....

waiver: sir ako lng ning opinion ako ra sad ning side.... ug lihay ra gani ni sa imong buot ipa sabot ayaw nlng pansina kay ako ra sad ni.... mao lng pagsabot nako sa company.... pero basin diay naay ganahan mo basa ani unya ma matngon sila nga magtinarong sa ilang trabaho... may nlng naka tabang ko... hehehe... thanks.....
