HAHAHAHAHA Hey Miss moyimus! Ordering one small furminator for my friend. She's getting a little too annoying. We (the family/friends) have come to a consensus to shut her up by getting her a new one. LOL

@moyimus: thanks for the advice....i dont really know the breed of my white dog but they say its shipoo or shihspitz...i don't know actually....hehehe..but matting has always been our problem...
i might give the conditioner and pin brush a try.
