@kai: first, the tank nga nano..(similar size sa exhibit) naa sa 700-800...
2nd, lights, depende.. for a foot long tank, i suggest using T5 lamps.. 2 8 watt T5's is enough to do the job... price of T5 depends on the brand. (pwede pud CFL..)
3rd, filter, average is 300- or +..
4th, plants, thats the easy part.. just join ACE.. visit the thread.. and look for someone nag sell.. pwede pud ka ad2 riverfront for plants.. barato ra man did2..as for me, willing ko mohatag some cuttings.. as long as di lang katong super mahalon nga tanom. ^^
5th, substrate , if clay and riversand, less than 100 ra gastos.. =)
6th CO2.. we can teach you on how to make a home made co2 generator.. =)
so thats about it. you do the math nalang. ^^

@kai: if nahan ka seamless tank, (katong walay putol sa kilid) mo na ang price. 700-800.. bt if gusto ka ordinary lang nga tank, i think naa ra sa 300-400...=)

@kai: we're still trying to research wat type of turtle apat ibutang and wat type of plants pud coz most turtles are herbivores..^^ basin buhaton utan imo plants.^^

pareho ra tanan bai..if ang temperament and diet lang imo basehan (if applied to planted tank scenario)..pareho ra ang res and malayan box turtle.. ayaw lang to soft shell turtle..
sayon ra ni sabton..
ang turtle, mokaon ug plants..so choose plants na dili sila ganahan kan-on..number one candidate..java fern.. and also mga moss and anubias.. (sa moss-> tried it na, wala jud nila hilabti..)
