And imo even if it's not sponsored, anyone who has the know and talent to create animation could start pud baya. Bisag lingaw lingaw ra jud then post sa Youtube.

you should provide good story first, kay ang mga anime karon mga nindot na kaau ug mga twist ang story dili typical good vs evil ra ang rivalry.
ang artist naa rana sa daplin naghulat ra ug drawingon.

It would cost a million just to make all-new anime here in Cebu, even if you take into account the minimum wage.

If I were an anime producer who came to Cebu to start a new anime production from scratch, I don't think there are enough locals with experience on working on animation to hire.

cebu is a very picky market when it comes to entertainment. frankly i dont think this idea would sell.
