    ..

That is true but the nature as narrated by the TS doesnt sound like logic you are implying because the GUARD and the MANAGEMENT are EXPLOITING the would be potential shoppers .

    It is BAD PUBLICITY .

    Not exactly correct Sir.
Yes, they have their own rules but it should conform to the General Law of the land.
Citizens should be given the opportunity to decide among themselves freely if they would want to
subject themselves with that "rule" or avoid the establishment.

i will give you an example sir:

No person can search your car or belongings without a Warrant. But if you will enter the Mall they can,
but at least it is your option to let them coz you want to enter their establishment. But if you don't want to be searched so don not enter......

I would like to emphasize the importance of this guideline in implementing Rules and Regulations ....
"SHOULD BE DONE IN GOOD FAITH". Be it a National Gov't or implemented by Private individuals.

The objective of making that "Corkage Policy" is not really about just making money...
The Mall Mgt just wanted to protect the interest of their locators who are paying high rent in the Food Court. The rule also discourages "estambays" occupying seats intented for Food Court Customers.

The implementation should have been "badlong" and "information" advising if they will continue to consume their food they need to pay the fee or else go somewhere else to drink and eat. It should be their option what course of action to take not the Mall Guard waiting for them to finish their food and charged them
    outrightly coz hurot na...

This is where it should be corrected, THE IMPLEMENTATION. Else you will end up barking at the wrong tree.

Humble lang sa jud tah.. if bati ganeh pahibaw-a tanan and then likayi nana sunod ug magbantay napud ta... kai wala tah mahimu if mao jud na ila balaod...
I think what you said is all wrong. Whatever policy or law they make if it violates your right, then they are violating the law. call the police if they will detain you for not paying corkage fee.

naka suway pud ko dha sa EMALL..

though wala mi nag order kay nag tambay ra mi.. gi papahawa jud mi kay if d daw mi mo order, naa pay mga people nga nag order nga nag need sa among place..

well.. logically correct man sad sila..

@TS.. lesson be learn nalang bro... each and every mall has their own policy.. SM's rules can't be applied to EMALL, vis-a-vis, AYALA's policy can't be SM's.. vice versa..

sometimes it would be good if we're observant first to our surroundings before we settle down daun..

    Magpahiya jud mo ug SAKTO..

    @TS
Thanks for sharing your experience... Lesson learned..
