What most people dont seem to understand is that, if Kobe took over that game, it wouldnt have made a difference. The Suns were clearly unstoppable and the rest of the Lakers have lost the will to play after game 6. Game 7 was over before it even begun. So regardless if Kobe took over or not, the results would have been the same. Besides, I think he did the right thing, getting back into the ball game as a team, not just an individual.

Anyway, next year, theyll be more tougher.

I was dissapointed though that Kobe didnt drove to the basket in game 6 for the win.

Exactly! He should have drove strong to the lane with 6 seconds to go. Still, at the start of the season I think im the only one who believed theyll make it to the playoffs hahahaha, but proved critics wrong even sending a number 2 seed team to the 7th. good season! :mrgreen:

Kai Shinks.. unsa ka psychic? He shoulda took over and set an example para sa team.. he is way aware that the team lost its fighting spirit. That's what MJ would do...(just proves the point that KOBE is no MJ). Great players gets tougher and plays better when things aren't going their way, KOBE just stopped trying and his teammates followed suit.

This was a good season for the Lakers despite losing the chance to advance in the second round. Back in the beginning of the season, gamay ra gyud ang nagtoo nga makasulod ang Lakers sa playoffs. The Lakers team had their chance but for now they have to prepare early for the next season na lang..

nice one ezra, kobe will never be Jordan, kita ko sa whole game na wala ang fighting spirit ni kobe pag sugod sa third quarter......just bec. lobong na mo sa first half.....mo give up na lang gyud diay ka... fight to the end even if needs blood.........

Just see how MJ motivates his teammates... actually sa karon, you can also see that trait from LeBron.. he shows up, he motivates his teammates after a bad play. Disappointing gyud kaayo knowing how good a player KOBE is unya he acts like a wuss after a bad first half. well said. if you look at the 3 wins that the lakers had in the series kobe scored no more than 29 points and the suns didn't score over a hundred. everytime the suns score over a hundred they win. kobe was sticking to the gameplan which was slow the tempo, if you get into a shootout with the suns you lose. they failed to slow down the tempo which lead to their demise.
just because you're the leader it doesnt mean that you have to score 50 to win.

btw im not a laker fan nor a kobe fan
