    they should be transparent also to what their aiming for... human rights basically is understandable but to what aspect? all of us are humans but many of us are doing inhumane things. criminals like for example, why are they so active when vigilantes try to kill them, it is already proven that all the victims are criminals or with crime history. vigilantes has a clearer vision than human rights group. what about the victims of the crimes? why do these human rights activists doesnt condemn nor do things in order to prevent these things from happening again. all they do is what?
    they should do better and clear things to what their aim or vision else angay pulihan ni cla ug lain nga agency nga klaro sa katawhan.

    samok-samok lang na ang CHR. gi-butang ra jud na diha purposely to investigate and prosecute military & police personnel & people in government. so far, wala silay imik nga sige gabaha ang vigilante killings diri sa cebu kada-adlaw nga everybody knows the police were responsible.
