ask unta ko ninyo unsa ako buhaton... sayop ang entry sa NSO birth certificate nako, kinahanglan nako ipa-change... any idea asa ko modoul or unsa ako buhaton... thanks in advance...

u get a copy of ur nso and ur birt cert, if ur born here in cebu u can try sa mabolo nga health center they will give the requirements u need. i did it for my son..clerical error.
